I own the K9, P9, and PM9.The PM9 shoots as tight a group as the K9. It is easy to carry and easy to shoot well especially for it's size. Kahr also recommends 200 rounds for break in and I agree. Tolerances are tight and precise but they remind of swiss watches. Mine likes Hornady 124 gr +P 9mms. Carry that load in the Kahrs mentioned above as well as an old MK9 which is the stainless version of the PM9. PM9 is first choice for EDC.

I have a Colt KC 3" 357. Bought it a couple of years ago. Have posted pics on here several times. It's a great EDC revolver. Mine loves 125 357s, but it will shoot them all. The Hogue grip mitigates recoil nicely. Accuracy is excellent and it has a change out front sight with an allen screw. Night Sights are available for it. As a retired cop have been carrying SD revolvers for decades and I love this new KC with the reworked "long linear" action. BUY IT! I have a WC GP100 3" and it is a shooter. But it's heavy and big. The KC is a constant companion. I would check for cylinder/forcing cone clearance.

Kimber did repair work on one of my K6ses a year ago in Troy, Alabama. The plant had just opened when I received a tag to send the weapon back there.

Where's he at? I have a couple of projects that need a pro to work on?
I live in Idaho but in the North Central part and travel to the Boise area when required.

MK70SS spoke my sentiments exactly. Wake up call to other officers in the area.

Very accurate, universal 357 load in long Smith cylinders and Ruger. Comfortable 357 load.

38/357 are my favorite. Although I have to be honest loads in the 38/44 category lots of them are fired in J and K 357 revolvers and commercial ammo for SD in my airweight Js. I'm liking the new "Punch" Ammo From Federal for my airweights. Accurate and meaningful velocity from a 1.87" barrel. I'm tired of packing N frames and heavier. My old hips just don't care for that kind of weight. Model 66 Smith 4" is my new field gun.

I have a 3" GP full lug adjustable sight and it is a shooter. Great 357 Platform. Love the easy to switch out front sight.

Mixed feelings here! Totally jealous and happy for you at the same time. Glad you got "such a deal".

Wasn't a fan of that Westinghouse yellow, but those grips are top drawer.
Years ago Melvin Tyler of Tyler T grips had a supply of that Westinghouse yellow material. No idea what a source today would be.
