I have a unfired 3 screw 30 carbine ruger that I have been saving for some reason. I already have single action .32 mags. and a .327 mag. Also D/A .32-20 revolvers. What should I use this revolver for?

Just two rounds? I have a personal rule about snakes. It is posonious until I declare it dead. I know enough about snakes to know that I dont know any thing. All snakes are a threat! Including rubber snakes.

Whitworth I will be using them for plinking and hunting. All velocity's below 1100 fps. I was more concerned with dealing with the business than the bullets. I have ordered a small amount of bullets in various calibers and will figure out quality when I recieve them

Any one here hunt small game with their sixguns. Does not seem to be a common topic. I have found myself looking forward to squirrel season the past few years more than deer season. I love the time spent in the woods with my rimfire revolvers more than any other time. Could be a middle age issue, but I like it just the same.

I have not started casting bullets yet and I am still buying my Keith style bullets. Anyone have any experiance with Western Bullets? Their prices seem to be pretty good.

Yes it has! and yes it was upsetting. Guess I am a little anal about even numbers with reloading. Guess it comes from my thrifty start with a lee loader working hard to produce a box of ammo.

Try the wilson 10mm mags. Short slide gun with high presure round needs magazine with strong springs to keep up with the "timing" of the cycle. Wolf extra power mag. springs may help with the mags you have or a slide stop from a .38 super as far as feeding and locking open.

The twist rate(can't remenber,1/16?) in Colt bbls. was just right for 148gr. wadcutter bullets. A conversion that grew out of PPC shooting.
