If that is Alexander Hamilton, circa 1804, Aaron Burr might be a better choice since he lived more than one day after the duel.

That bidder doesn’t lose an auction he participates in. He has bought a lot of nice guns. I wish he would join us here. Curtis I just want his phone number...... Thinking about a sale Greg? He buys the best.

I have a #5 grip on a 500 Linebaugh. For me it’s just another option. I have Bisleys, plow handles, SBHs, BFRs, and Freedom Arms. The depth in the #5 grip allows for me to get a good solid grip. Less tendency to roll around on the side and get too much finger on/in the trigger. I also just like the looks.

Those bidders don't seem familiar to me. I watch that kind of stuff. Better examples of the same type of work has went for much less money recently.

That’s a Reeder base and I assume it’s using the two D&T holes in the BFR topstrap.

I bought 600 rounds of 221 FB ammo cheap. I have had several 221 FB rifles since. I keep an encore barrel in it that is a tackdriver.

Focus on the dot like a front sight and that will in most cases, clean up the dot.
