Picked up a 2.5" Taurus all titanium 41 Mag snub (no longer in production). It is a delight to shoot (grips and ports) compared to the Charter Arms (top pic) even though it's 2 oz lighter than the CA (21 oz v 23 oz). Never had a Taurus before -- this one is a keeper -- can't believe how smooth the DA trigger is. Did a function and POI check with 230gr Underwood and 250gr Grizzly (1,263 fps and 1,169 fps from the CA - will chrono Taurus in future). Recoil is surprisingly moderate. That is pretty awesome!

I usually carry a commander sized 1911 the DW Valor V-Bob. But wanted a lightweight revolver to pocket carry now and then. I found a couple airweights, but they always had the key lock. Then I stumbled onto this 1994 vintage 442. Pre +P but planned on less than full house +P anyways. Call it my dress up carry piece, with pure lead 150 grain 640's it should do what it is meant for should the need arise.

Wildcatter: Load those lead hollowpoints in my 4" Model 15 S&W. They shoot great and they mushroom well.

Yes they do, I add a little Tin bullion to mine, doesn't harden them but toughens then a tad to keep them from coming apart, probably not needed in this short a barrel and the lighter 4.0 grain Bullseye loads.
