You should probably call Huntington and ask him. A considerable amount of work went into the barrel alone, and flying zebra did an outstanding job on this revolver. Thanks for the compliment. I appreciate that. And yes, Whitworth is correct on discussions of cost. Really all of these projects are unique, and the deals are unique. One thing I'll say is that a great deal of work went into this revolver. It's a honey, and like any of them with this much work in them, the clients get a really rocking deal on the time.

Is that front sight (just the Blade) something you make or is that sourced somewhere ? That's a part from our shop. They start life with more material on them, and we set them up to suit the needs of the project.

I will add that it is a true custom. Nothing cookie-cutter about it.

How far is that from being "complete"?

It's about as close as it gets. The client has a few different sets of grip stocks that they want to use, so I don't know when it'll be settled for grip stock material. The ones seen so far are all client supplied, and there appear to be others.
Mechanically it's ready for the field. I don't know that there are any other features on the list before it's off on it's ride home.

Have you shot it at 25-50 yet??? I’m curious as to accuracy, I’d guess based on what Bear Spray does that it’ll shoot good to 50-75.

The only load I've shot was the 375 Cast Performance with a book max powder charge, and that was at 25 yards. That was primarily for sight regulation - and it's accurate.
These stubby ones tend to be accurate.

Love it! Great work and anyone would be proud to have that custom revolver.

That revolver will be a comforting weight to have on board while scouting, camping, afield. My stock 4 5/8" was just added to the pile forming on the dining room table. A trip to the hills tomorrow. Whenever I see pics of other members fine guns on this forum, I wonder or ask , what will it be used for ? What is it's intended niche ?

I think that this one will go directly to the field. Bison might be on the compass for this one.
And now I find *myself* looking for a stainless mid-frame donor gun...
