Dick, Darl Allred, Sawtooth Wilderness Outfitters, out of Garden Valley, Idaho. In Utah, Shawn Labrum, Uinta Range Guide Service, out of Roosevelt, Utah. As you've read in the past, I had successful and excellent hunts with both men. I'm still hosted in Photobucket, and haven't looked for another (easy) host to change to, so photos are an annoying impossibility right now. Those interested, could check my albums on FB or PB for a few hunt photos. Good to hear that Mr Allred is still in the guide business. I went on a horseback elk hunt in the Frank Church with him in 1993. Had a great adventure but never fired a shot.

Some of that country will never recover because of the wolves. There's very little access except by horseback so the wolves own most of it. When all of the elk are gone the wolves will move out & either start taking more livestock or follow the elk into other areas. Some will disagree but I use to hunt the Selway & the Middle Fork of the Salmon, it's nothing like it use to be, probably down 80% in some areas.

This "Holland Tunnel" bullet looks a lot like they came from a MP (Miha mold) 477-640. Am I correct?
