I fired 4 cylinders full of 41 mag at dirt clods, one old piece of concrete and a couple turtle heads out of my 4 inch Smith 58 41 magnum. I just had to blow off some steam after the day I had.

Picked up a Harton built OM flattop in 41 Special and 41 Mag from Aggie01 Friday. Put in the Special cylinder and fired off a few rounds. A very nice gun from a great guy, built by another great pistolsmith! Thanks John! Tim

S&W M69 .44 Mag. Hate the look, love the results. Lower mounting inbound.

Shot my home-made .22 Target pistol at a target in my workshop using .22 Super Colibri gallery ammo. My wife never heard a thing, and it was a great way to unwind after a long day. Fired about twenty rounds.

Today I shot snow with my Day Arms 30X .22lr 1911 We have had a serious storm and it looks to be getting worse in the next 24 hours. Dry firing is all the time, but I like to get out even if just 30-40 yards from the house once a day. Nothing replaces trigger time. The snow hangs freshly in clumps from my wife's favorite juniper, each a target. I only fired 15 rounds, but it's good to get even that in with over two feet of snow on the ground.

I'm still struggling with my semi-auto addiction but this new Beretta is SWEET! Still shooting a little to the right but much better than before (3 inches before drifting the rear sight) The gun is a Wilson Combat 92G Vertec/Brigadier Tactical

Opened the safe today & my OM 357 shorty almost jumped right in my lap, guess it's been a while since we went for a ride. Drove down to the range & took an old pan out of the bed of the truck that needed shooting & propped it up against one of the spools about 30 yds away in the snow. Shooting from the window of my truck. I stood the pan up length ways so the shots were stringing up & down, I couldn't tell if I was holding in the center or not, didn't really have an aiming point. My load is a 150 gr "Maxine Mouth" hollow point & 6.2 grs of Longshot in 38 special brass, as always work up your own loads! This load shoots great for me if I have an aiming point. Was happy for shooting at somewhere around 30 yds & the OM shorty was happy to go for a drive. As always the leather is by Barranti. Dick

Shot my Dan Wesson 357 a bit yesterday, 42 degrees and sunny. Whats all that white stuff on the ground Dick?

One of the things that makes shooting a double-gun especially pleasant.

I didn’t shoot a single action, but did shoot my caliber companion lever action. Rossi/Puma M92 in 480 Ruger. Less intimidating than my 1895 Marlin, much easier on my surgically repaired shoulder. 420 gr lead did leave a mark - only one shot on the steel. Tim
