Guys thanks for participation in this thread. I really think it is making a good resource for some of us novices. Now how about some vaqueros with smith sights and some more of those smith barreled single actions or maybe even a few more octagon barreled customs. What ever lets just see some more here. Taking delivery of this revolver later this week. It's my Williams Shooter Supply .45 Colt Bisley that was sent to Huntington for some grips and a tune up. Those brass Bisleys get me everytime! Wonderful revolvers and the figured walnut complements the brass well.
How do you like the Power Custom brass grip frame? I saw it on their site a few weeks back and was intrigued.

I like it much better than the Qualite ones for sure. Between being the same size and shape as the Colt SAA and Ruger XR-3 I like the fact that with it being two piece I can have one piece grips made. Also the Power Custom brass can be trimmed down to be a brass birdshead if you want. This one may still be reshaped into a birdshead with one piece ivories yet!

I had a Qualite frame years ago that gave me fits trying to polish out the casting marks and mate it up to a Single Six 32 H&R I had.
