Thanks for posting tlinor. To robl: that holster is the nicest holster to pack a six gun, it stays put and doesn't move around on your belt or sag on the belt. I will tell you that "Tracker Leather" is on the same level as "Clements" is for gunsmiths.

Thanks to all of you for the help, I sent him an email asking about doing a Bearcat of mine and he is not taking on any new work presently. If I'm still interested check back in about eight months. So I will call him around the holidays!

I thought I had a good email address for Alan Harton, could someone who has recently corresponded with him forward his address to me?
Thanks, Barbarosa

start saving for a Dillon Square Deal press, you will be able to load for about 7-8 dollars per box.

I don't have access to a camera right now, however check out Clements Custom web sight. I had a Ruger Montado done and received back last Friday, beautiful work and it shoots well also. I give Clements a 10 out of 10.

I received notice today that my 45 Colt Montado will be done early next week, Mr. Clements also told me the forcing cone was off center from the factory, he is fixing that for me as well.
I asked him to install adjustable sights and action job, as the fixed sights, even after filing the groove as far as I could was printing 5-6 inches to the right at 15 yards.
I have never seen a Montado converted, I'm sure it will be exceptional!

On one of our first dates 35 years ago my sweetie shot my S&W model 34 at tennis balls out in the woods. She made me cut the tennis ball open to prove she hit it. Well this year will be # 35 and I still have her and the S&W. She also owns as many guns as I do! One time in a gun shop in Philomath Oregon she told me to buy both Kimbers..............There were two other guys in the shop ask her if she had any sisters!!! I'm very lucky.
