I see where these will enhance the Ruger MK series as well.

Welcome! When shooting from a rest, you need to do just that - rest it. Many shooters try get rock solid and grip the gun tighter and put downward pressure into their rest to be steadier. All that will cause lower impacts. As mention by others, just focus on front sight and good trigger squeeze while letting the gun “rest” while keeping the same form and grip you would shooting freehand. As far as your loads mentioned, if they/you shoot good, any will work fine.

I own one… How is that one built KRal? Lefty, It’s a custom build by Nine Run Guns out of Georgia. It’s a 28 Nosler built on a Remington XP100.

PS...Laying off caffeine can help. Now that's just black sin... I will not argue that point. I'm on my second pot now.

Well, was just cleaning up the BFR......felt a wobble in the scope. Upon closer inspection, the MRI scope base was loose. Took scope off and degreased the base screws and torqued everything back down. Will test again later this week. But, I still need to get used to the wobble The wobble is there, no matter what the sighting device. You have to shoot thru the wobble.... focus on your crosshairs, control your breathing, and squeeze the trigger. The wobble is a mental issue - pay it no attention. Try it and you'll be surprised of the results. PS...Laying off caffeine can help.

I prefer taking game with a handgun. I was also an avid bow hunter for many years, but lately, I save all my opportunities for handguns - it just stirs my soul. I haven’t used a rifle is 33 years.

I have not shot a Chiappa, but I handled an 1886 at a gunshow a few months ago and kick myself in the rear every time think about it. I fondled it for about 10 minutes, then my son and I walked around talking about it. I made up my mind I was going back to buy it (I'm not a rifleman). I got there just in time to watch another guy handing over his money! I was very impressed with the fit, finish, and feel of it. It wasn't quit Miroku Winchester quality, but it was cheaper and original JMB design.
