I laughed a bit, but couldn't say a thing about. This guy goes to extreme measures to find anything I am looking for.
If anything interesting comes in, I get a call and get to look before it goes on display.

Cable, What did GNG charge on the single seven? They typically have some cool inventory, just not always excited by their pricing. May have to stop in this weekend if I head that way to see if they got one in for the shelf too.

Well, my 5 1/2" model looks fine, no problems noted; however, it is still within the 10 day waiting period before I can pick it up and take it home. It did look very good and I have both the 4 5/8" and 7 1/2" models on order, so I'll be waiting for those to show up also. I am very pleased that Lipsey's has given the .327 Federal Magnum a second chance to make it. The Ruger Single-Seven is such a better fit for the .327 Fed Magnum then the Ruger SP-101 or the Blackhawk in the .327 magnum caliber.

My 5 1/2 in Single Seven arrived at my dealer, yesterday. Picked it up late today when I got in from Hauling a load. It seems to be a good example of Ruger Quality, mid 600 serial so maybe they got the bugs out. Thanx gunsbam69...........

Will it was 565$ total and they got a few in ; most were already spoken for but i believe they might not have sold all of them.

Is Lipsey's only shipping to buyers who don't own digital cameras? Where's the pics?!? i will take some pics this pm, hope to take it to range tomorrow afternoon. [can't do it now, sitting in the infusion chair for the next 6 hours getting my every 3 weeks intravenous immunoglobulin. rest of the day i will be useless !] looks good except on the back of the hammer where it was not smoothly shaped on the left hand side, should polish out okay.

Sounds great Cable. Finished mine out with a green fiber optic front sight, V- Notch rear sight and gray/black laminated Badger grips.
Sorry guys. Took some pictures, but kept getting a forum limit error when I tried to attach them. They we sized below the forum limit. Will try again.

Cable--first, I hope the headache and any other complications are history by the time you read this. Hopefully you feel up to going shooting. Let us know how it goes.
