Now that Hodgdon is the distributor of Winchester powders, they are the same. Before then they came from the same machine and were seperated by certain gradation requirements for 296 and the balance which was "H-110" , (as per James Gates who worked for Winchester)

I dont see that running the 120 at 1300 plus FPS hurts the 32 cases primer pockets any more than running the 125 to 140 grain class bullets out of the 357 magnum at simular velocity does.
Nothing lasts forever....
