I have a Smith 642. It has spent most of the past 5 years in my pocket. A Benchmade AFCK has spent the past 13 years in my pocket. I have a nice pict but could not get it to post. Oh well.
The Smith has had many loads carried in it over the years. Right now I am loaded with old SuperVel 110 gr HPs. They shoot right to point of aim. Mostly carried in a Kramer pocket holster in my weak side pocket. I am just too used to keys and knife being in my strong side pocket.

My old standby is a Ruger SP 101 2.25" in 357 and DAO and it has a Meprolight front sight and wears Hogue rubber grips. Action has been tuned and it likes 158 bullets. It shoots one hole five shot groups out to 10 yds when I do my part.
I've carried a lot of snubbies but I keep coming back to this one.

My pre-lock .357 S&W Model 60 is one that I use for concealed carry on a regular basis. It does require some practice to be proficient.

Wow, really nice photo's guys, I don't have any snubby Smiths, but I really like my SS Speed Six. Its my bedside gun and carry gun.

This weekend is Penn trout opener. Will see what shows up in the way of snubbies and get a pic. Then I'll have to find someone to post. Should be a couple Bulldogs and some SP101's at least. Maybe a Kahr. stevemb

 I never could warm up to small 2" revolvers, but 3" is very nice. Here are mine. A 1957 vintage S&W Model 36 and a 1962 vintage Colt Detective Special. Great little poppers. |
