As I matured and realized that round count didn't trump shot placement, and just to annoy all my friends, I acquired this one: It's a frequent companion. I still have a fondness for auto's but for the joy of it I carry revolvers.

I have 2 snubbies. The one I carry A LOT is a Ruger LCR .38spl. Great little gun, quite accurate and just fun to shoot. My other snubby I typically carry when I hunt. Its a Ruger .44mag Alaskan, its currently for sale.

Speed-Six, 5 shot conversion in 44 Special Tell us more about this 5 shot 44 special. I have a 3" short lug GP100 I'm considering doing the very same thing with.

Note that this Speed Six is a smaller frame size than the GP100.

Snubby Heaven, This make me want one just because, a lightweight 38+p for a tent gun would be nice!
Squawberryman, What model is that smith?
