Anyone like .22 handguns? I have some that I really enjoy. Mostly favor Ruger MKII's. I have a Taurus model 96 (S&W K-22 clone) that I shoot well. A Ruger new model Single-six that I can't wring good accuracy from(though I'm gonna try again),and some others. Please share your collection,or stories,or pictures. Thanks!

I LOVE a good .22 pistol. I have a Ruger Standard I got for my 14th birthday that has many thousands of rounds through it. I have a Ruger flatgate that is coming to me in the mail next week.
I really like that long-barreled MKII.

derekr-The 10" has a volquartsen sear, with a v-notch rear sight blade and a bead sight on the front. Just for fun..

I don't currently have any, but I plan on finding some. I owned an AMT .22 Automag for a bunch of years...that was a fun gun, once I figured out it's little quirks.

I have a few..... Mama filled out the papers for me the summer of 1968 so that I could buy a High Standard Sentinel at this Whites Auto store I worked at. Had a lot of fun with the little 9 shot revolver... Try to keep one or two rim fire 22 handguns around at all times.... NAA, S&W, HS, FA, Ruger... I love them all!

I have started to carry one of the NAA 22 Mag pocket guns at work, like it so far, but then again I haven't shot it yet, but it disappears in a shirt pocket with the snal fastened down and thye tell me a 22Mag hollowpoint ballistically is very similliar to the 25 ACP that lives in my back pocket under my Skoal can

nobearsyet, how well do you shoot the naa? I used to get pretty good accuracy from my Freedom Arms boot gun,but I haven't done as well with my naa.

I might be interested in one of those as well. My normal backup is the P-3AT Keltec, but the NAA would conceal well, I imagine.
As for other rimfires I might look into, I wouldn't mind a Tracker in .22 magnum, as I I have had good performance out of the 94...

I like your 94,just not sure I trust Taurus QC. They still haven't fixed the issue with timing.

Yeah, that's always been a question, but I've had good luck with them. Out of 4 Taurus handguns, I've only ever had an issue with one, and Taurus fixed that. I know people who have had issues, and that's one reason I don't already have the Tracker... Or a few Trackers - I love their feel.

Wow,everyone's collection makes mine look sad.
axhandle, you sure seem to like the single-six,I can't seem to get good accuracy out of mine. I sent it back to the factory once, and did show some improvement, but nothing like my Taurus or MK II's. Any words of advice you'd care to share?
