Very nice, Levergunner. For woods walking I'll take my Mag-na-ported 29-2 and a Northfield pocket knife. For hunting, maybe this model 57 and a locking stockman from Camillus, both made in 1976. For BBQs how about an FA model 97 and a custom folder in musk ox horn.

Some nice combos shown here, thanks everyone for sharing.
Mr Taffin, that is a fine pairing. No other sixgun looks quite like an 1851 Colt. I love that knife that is pictured with it. I cant quite make out the makers mark. Grizz? John Morgan? Thank you for sharing.

Stump Buster You have all angles well covered!! I tell my wife it's been mostly Mr. Taffin's bad influence on me as to why a few of those Perfect Packin' Pistols are with us here, in our temporary care. Gotta blame someone. Obviously, I take no responsibility in the matter. A lot of nice pre-boating accident combo's showing up on this thread. It's a shame so many posted have been lost to the cold dark depths of local water bodies.

I've never collected fine knives but do have some decent stuff I've picked up at flea markets in my life. My friend gave me this old Puma white hunter a while back. I've never had much given to me. So I cherish it.
