Colt/USFA style I hope! I still have one SS Pietta Pony Express hammer in reserve, I'd love to have another one in carbon steel for a Colt NF. Shoot, I may do one last build if one of those came up!

So very sorry for yalls loss Ronnie. My Mom had a relationship like that with my Grandpaw (my Moms father-in-law). They both loved to hunt and fish. Out of all the kids, grandkids, etc. my Mom was the only one that could "hang" with Grandpaw when it came to fishing. They'd sit at his pond fishing from sun up to sun down.
God Bless yall.
Chris

Chris Thanks Chris. Ya man he was the best. The day i knew i had a new Bud for the rest of our life was a fishing excursion on a dock in clear lake right across the water from Johnson Space Center. Me and Karmen had been married a couple of years and K and grandma were out shopping with our year old Daughter Heather, so we went fishing. And me and pop were talkin about good and bad days. I asked him what was his worst day and then his best day. His reply was the day my little girl didnt need me to change oil in her car anymore, Looked at me and said ( EXPLETIVE you very much). With a smile on his face Hahahahaha. I laughed so hard cuz he was talking about me. I asked him what was his best day. His reply was. THE VERY SAME DAY! He said He knew That she was going to be taken good care of for the rest of his life. And that reinforced trust on my part. He beleived in me during a time when the world was not looking at marriage as a main stay and something we used to do for life. His oldest daughter was married to a jerk. And It seemed like his son and wife were always fighting. So i guess i was a breath of fresh air for him. He made me feel like he was always so proud of me and i will live the rest of my life proving his daughter made a good choice. He was just the Best man ever.

Can't wait for the old model super hammer and wide trigger! My favorite 357 is about to be more favorite, if that's such a thing.
Just got and paid the invoice for the balance. Now to get around to the rest of the build. Get the old girl back to glory.

Sorry for your loss, Ronnie.
I felt something similar when we lost John Linebaugh. He wasn’t blood, but was my favorite uncle. Living in his old hometown in Missouri, he would always come over for dinner when he visited. My girls still ask about him. You lost someone even closer. God rest his soul. Prayers sent for you and yours.
You should think about naming one of your upcoming designs in his honor.

I am seriously thinking about one of your hammers for my Clements .50 cal ROA. I think a Bisley style would look cool as hell
