Great news Fermin! I have a build at Alan’s and had to sent a blue new model bisley hammer for the spur to be grafted onto the old model. Hopefully Ronnie will get these out and I can do the old switcharoo! Yee ha!
Ok Gentlemen Here we Go! Here is a few drawings of what is going to be available that should clarify what the designs are all about! The first are the triggers that are available by part number and description from left to right. DCT BIS NMGF Is the David Clements design For use with a ( New Model) Bisley grip Frame! The red arrow points to the protrusion that gives a resting push point for the New model Return spring! OMT BIS Is The RW GF Version for use with our Old Model Bisley grip framed trigger guards. K# 5 With BTG ( Bisley Trigger Guard), SBH BTG, etc, etc. This design utilizes the old model push plunger trigger return spring design that came on the old models. The Blue arrow points to a small protrusion that is for filling in the area behind the trigger to frame Gap! The geometry is a bit different for these models due to trigger pivot placement variation to the new model. OMT SBH Is a Standard Super Black Hawk style for the old model that is smooth. No serrations! DCT SW NMGF is the David Clements design Super Black Hawk wide trigger for use with the new model grip frames. Green arrow points to the protrusion for the new model return spring perch. These are available in stainless as well for you Old Army guys.
Next up is the list of Hammers that are available. Gentlemen do not be offended by the description here because a lot of you already know this but i must clarify for those who don't. When i refer to the Hammer being a Fat Back or Ruger Bisley Hump, i am talking about the area behind the main post of the Hammer. The area Behind a Bisley back strap is open with a standard Hammer. But the Hump or fat Back takes up this room so that you don't have a gapping hole back there, subject to Caca Devaca getting in there easily! I love the super Black Hawk Wide Spur hammer on a Bisley or K# 5 type back Strap. but i don't like the gap. So we have a slew of options and yes,,,,,, A super black hawk wide spur hammer with the fat back for use with a Bisley Grip Frame. All of the Hammers are also available with the standard back as well for use with a conventional plow handle grip frame. Here is an OM Bisley Fat Back in Black over a Red Standard Bisley Spur.
OLD MODEL BLACKHAWK

Here is a Single Six The same way, RED Fat Back over a standard Bisley spur in black for reference.
Here is A Single Six Standard Bisley Spur In Red Over a Black standard Bisley. Notice the height difference but, Notice that the rear of the spur is in the same location so you can cock this mammy on a Bisley style grip frame without interference!
OLD MODEL SINGLE SIX
OM S6 BIS-FB/ Old Model Single Six Bisley Fat Back Ruger Bisley Hump (For use with Bisley or Keith # 5 Style Grip Frame)
OM S6 STD-BS/ Old Model Single Six Standard Bisley Spur (For use with Conventional Grip Frame)

The Old Armys Come in stainless as well As the following list of new model Single sixes. On the Old Armys, Just ad an S to the beginning of the part number to make it Stainless steel. Example ( SOA STD-BS) On the Single Six new Models Add an SS. Example (SS S6 WS-FB)

I am going to get the Bisley New Model Fat Back Bisley Hump Style in Chromoly Ready as well due to the fact that we cant get them anymore and i don't know when Ruger is going to make them again if ever. The stainless are cheap enough but i am getting a lot of calls for a new model in Chrome steel. If there is enough interest and i can get the numbers up i can probably get the price down a smidge on them. All of the old models will come with the cylinder latch lever plunger, spring and pin. Any questions buzz me or Fermin. Happy Hunting! R
Yeah, good stuff. I need to figure out which one to start with......
Well Let us know guys because i have a lot of tooling and Material to buy! Machinery is ready, im Ready, just need to know what to make first.
This is one hell of an undertaking and i am really excited. I just have to be cautious considering how much ive spent on bringing the grip frames and panels to fruition. Not to mention the wait time ive had to endure on materials because of all this corona crap! That is why we need to get a deposit so i dont starve while i do it! Hahaha.
Do I just add to this thread to join the group buy?
If using a Ruger new model Bisley grip frame on an old army revolver with one of your Bisley old army hammers, which trigger would you use?
We have a list, but i want to start all over because of the variations available. Me and Fermin are trying to bug out the details. I believe first we need to establish what everyone needs by part number. My son is building a spot on the web sight that will allow this to all happen. If you are using an OLD ARMY with a new model Ruger Bisley Grip Frame you will be using the Clements design trigger return spring apparatus so, You would use Part # DCT BIS NMGF (David Clements Trigger Bisley New Model Grip Frame) It has the nipple on the back of the trigger for the return spring to rest on! You would then need the Hammer which is part # OA BIS FB (Old Army Bisley Fat Back) !
If Stainless, add SS to the beginning of the part number. EXAMPLE- SS OA BIS FB and or SS DCT BIS NMGF . We will get this thing going for all of you shortly. Please feel free to call me or Fermin and we will getcha fixed up! Ronnie 832-581-3901
Then choose Blued or stainless. The choices will pop up and you can choose which category!
Example Blued will show you this page
Study the list well because their are hammers and triggers that have never existed before, that should cater to any build we can dream up. Thanks guys. Once i have enough we will get these pounded out for you! Im Really excited about this, i hope you are as well! Ronnie
