Sorry guys, false alarm. I just heard from the guys at RW. While my email did say hammer they used the same order number and it's actually a grip frame....sorry for the confusion Not really false alarm there steve. I have just Updated the older grip frames like the 1860 you requested and finished it up for you and got her in a box and out the door. The Hammers and triggers are heading out shortly there after. This has been a long haul and a lot of work but they are turning out beautifully. The first to go out will be the bisley styles fat back and shortback for the conventional. I am making the jigs and vises for the single six style this week so that i can do the machining on them once i have a pile of them edm d out. I have tons of the triggers made and have had to discern which version to standardize on because the factory frames are all over the place. Some are to far forward and leave to much room between the trigger guard at the back when fully cocked and some are so far back you have to grind awy some of the trigger guard so that the gun will let the hammer drop. The last version seems to be just right. At worst the back of the trigger guard becomes a nice trigger stop. I also lengthened them a smidge more so that they actually fill up the gaping hole for a trigger guard. To much of a perfectionist i guess, but i want them just right. Ive also experimented and changed the material types several times so that they can also be case colored with no problems. Like i said its been a long haul but an extra amount of stubborness and Zeal have been applied and this is gonna be great. I have a large amount of stainless bar stock in route to me at this moment and i will be offering Specialty shape Frames in SS soon for the Ruger as well. I am most excited about the Freedom arms M83 Bisley frame that is underway as well as a Real Bisley style fat back Hammer and trigger to go with it. Huey( Encore64) will be Hammering on one here shortly to make sure that all is well on the M83 and Dr Bruno ( Potato Judge) will be testing the PJ Junior frame , Hammer and trig for the FA 97. Gettin close guys, gettin close. Really excited here. R

I pondered the rightness and wrongness of brass on stainless then just shut up and did it. More than happy with how it came out. Pretty Blingy when polished but I scuffed it back to brushed . i like it better that way.

I think you did a great job getting those lines right, and I agree the matte brass looks pale and works with stainless just fine. Looks like a Jr on a Single Six, which is proportioned much better than a full size Bisley.

Cannot quite warm up to the brass SS mating, but to each his own, results look nice. Add a Belt Mountain #5 base pin to that thing, it's crying out for one!

Cannot quite warm up to the brass SS mating, Tis true, at this point brass on SS is a brave new world and certainly not everyone's cup of tea. And it was a tough jump for me to make. But you know, brass trim on stainless steel knives has been going on forever and no one sees it as odd. But also, in hindsight, at one point I detested two-toned Rugers with the polished alloy grip frames. They seemed so half a$$ed and unfinished. Now probably 2/3rds of mine sport that look. Eveolution! Over on the Blue S&W site they accept no change as good change. Stock as a rock or its laughable. Here it is safe to try stuff. Who knows, maybe it will grow on you. I'm thinking there will be more around as time goes on. And anything rocking a RW grip Frame is worth a try.

I am really diggin this 360 DW. It is not quirky. you add more powder, it moves up in velocity smoothly and never seems to go crazy like i have experienced with the 1.600 case lengths. 200s and 180s love it and the Bradshaw Martin 192gr is just incredibly accurate, powder coated like Lee sent them to me. Recoil is very tolerable and the muzzle blast lets you know that it aint no PUNK. Flat Flat Flat. Southwest Texas prickly pear cactus was my original test subject. Hahahaha. It didnt fair well with the 360 and that 7.75 length barrel. So ya there is a bunch of Holy Cactus in Beeville TX. R

I can barely get 2 fingers on the factory frame!
