Haven't loaded them yet but have been getting ready by making a few .400/10mm projectiles.

... a few .400/10mm projectiles... What's the weight? These have 120gr lead slug, coming out at 185-186 gr total weight. You can adjust with different core weights.

How well do they shoot?
Did you make your own swaging die?

I think today I'll load some fire forming loads for the Thompson Center TCR-83 in 22-250
Winchester brass, 50gr Sierras, and 4227 They tend to be accurate, and I'll have good formed brass for that nice break-open stalking rifle.
Coyotes be damned.

How well do they shoot? Did you make your own swaging die? Unfortunately the answer is no on both accounts. Really just getting the ball rolling on making these in any quantity to try out, have made a few setting up dies and the press. I wish I could make my own! The trial and errors would have been a far greater cost than buying them. Sent you a PM also

22-250 TCR-83
I'm getting into a bag of Winchester brass, already found two with split necks before they even saw a shell holder. Hm.
Otherwise the brass is doing ok I suppose, despite the disappointment.
I'd been looking for a good Varget load for the Nosler 55gr Ballistic Tip, without great success.
Got a couple boxes of the Hornady 55gr V-Max bullets and found excellent results from the first load.
Good way to get the day rolling.
