Went and checked his rifle today. Here's 4 rounds from the 6 Creed. Not our best performance but for the conditions, it was very acceptable, approx .125" center to center group. We called it good and packed up.

That's outstanding! How did you shoot it, Zeus? Bench, prone, bipod?

That's outstanding! How did you shoot it, Zeus? Bench, prone, bipod? It wasn't ideal! I was shooting off the bipod on the bedcover of my truck standing on my chronograph case. I'm too short to shoot without standing on something with that truck when you get the bipod deployed from Prone, they don't really make much more than a round hole. We have had a ton of rain lately and the grass doesn't allow probe shooting on that target unfortunately. I'm going to shoot more of the rifle this week including this one and hope to actually have better conditions. Should be a good day! Here is one from the GAP 338 Lapua. I think this one was .07 CtC. There were three groups that day from .07-.09. This is a 300 Hybrid Berger about 2800fps I'll have to see if I have the one from the 6.5 handy. It's my best ever when I was sighting that gun in before a hunt with my dad this past January. Same thing, shooting off the bed of truck but standing on a more stable YETI cooler . Measure .0142 CtC.

Or laser-guided bullets! Either way that's good shooting. No point in taking an easy shot when you can shoot like that off a bedcover...while standing on a chronograph case!

My buddy that was with me just laughed. Mainly because my Yeti was at his house!!!! I own about 7 Yetis and not a one was at my own house before we left. Need another one I guess I would love to take credit for the shooting but the fact is that the guns are just built extremely well. Says a lot for the builders. You put a big scope and a good trigger in a gun that is built right and fed the right ammo, a monkey could shoot groups like that. That's a fact! I have recently moved to a new powder measure and trickling device for these rifles to even take more error from the equation. I can barely keep up with it and it is measuring out to the mg for a little better resolution. Very cool, not needed for handguns and such but for these types of rifles, it's nice to take one more variable from the game. When the groups aren't small, I know the nimrod on the bang switch didn't do something right

A guy with a great big new truck, a good rifle with all the whistles and bells, then stands on an $800 cooler to shoot the thing. One would think he would do one of two things, buy a ladder or hook up that new trailer and shoot off the deck of that thing😀 Your gonna spoil that youngster with toys like that!

That is an idea but I was in the white truck Would rather Fermin come up and help! It's funny, he thinks all guns should shoot like that. Some of the groups that 9 year old has shot are amazing. I love watching him shoot. He is like a little robot. It's great! one day, he will realize how nice the equipment he has is but until then, I'm just glad he is happy and having fun. I'll keep him in powder and lead and we will try and wear out a good many barrels in the years to come

You need to make the trip to KS so we can get them all out and have fun!! Fermin will send his jet.
