We're not going to be able to pre drill the holes, its too much of a hassle. We tried it today on a couple of guns & there's just too much variation, you'll end up bending the roll pin trying to get it back it or even knocking off the sight base if you get carried away. You will just have to get a #52 drill bit & drill it half way from each side on high speed, it only takes 3-4 minutes & then put the old roll pin back in. Its easy to to but pre drilling is going to give you a big headache, we found that out today.

Just finished putting one on the .454. Gave me a chance to use my new Porter-Cable 20V Lithium 1/2" drill, of course I used a #52 drill bit, which handled the task well.
Now to wait for Bowen to ship the rear sight. Maybe by then I'll even some .454 loaded instead of using my Ruger Only .45 Colt ammo.
