My 355gr LBT mould is a wfn and allows a little more case capacity than the Cast Performance 360. My H110 load is/was 21.5 and my LilGun load is 19. I'm getting about 50fps more with lilgun putting me just over 1200 in my 7.5 BisHunter with lower ES. I packed that load on Kodiak Island this past November and took 3 bucks. I load it with 23gr in 454 brass and get 1300 in my 4" 454 Redhawk. LBT is on the left.

I have a question for you guys that load the WFN bullets. Does that slight taper to the bullet give you better accuracy at distant targets versus a full wadcutter profile?

For this boolit in my 7.5 BisHunter w/2X scope accuracy drops dramatically after 110ish yds. Is it me? Could be but at 125ish my group goes from 6-9" to a 36+" pattern.

I've never seen you shoot but have seen plenty results of your shooting here on the forum. Based on that I'd have to say it ain't you!

First 2 shots were on the left, then I shot the cloverleaf. At 125-130ish I'm lucky if I can hit the paper. I love this gun/load combo. It's my huntin load and 100ish yds is my personal max limit anyway.

.500 JRH 440gr WFNGC with a conservative load of 231, and then a few upper end loads with 296. Also .44 mag with 240gr JHP and a stout load of 296 for "plinking".

Tried out a new bullet in my Trophy Match .45 ACP and S&W 625-8. Very accurate and good feeding bullet so far. Bullet: Everglades 230 gr. JHP Powder: Hodgdon Titegroup 4.7 grs. Primer: Federal 150 Case: Federal LOAL: 1.222 Recoil Spring: Factory (17 lbs.) no buffer pad The obligatory gun porn...

Paulg: That's a nice looking cartridge. How's accuracy? Just got 200 of that bullet in from Matt's for a tryout. Try your load and will be using them in a 3" Model 36. Also thinking 4.5 grains of Unique. Maybe 5.0 grains of SR4756.

Loaded up 25 rounds of 44 Special tonight using Matt's bullet. It's a 250 RNHP pretty soft alloy. Used 7.0 grains of Unique and Starline cases. Test it tomorrow if the weather clears up. Shooting it in a 4" 44 Special

Also thinking 4.5 grains of Unique. Maybe 5.0 grains of SR4756. Thank you. Accuracy with the Bullseye is for me excellent. Key words there are "for me". I am getting 2"-3" at 20 yards and have no problem hitting my 8" steel plate at 45-50 yards. I tried 5.0gr of Uniqe with this bullet and wasn't impressed with that load. It's a good stout load but I was all over the place with it. Of course you may have a totally different experience with your M36.
