Just made my first 30 rounds of 32 S&W! Easiest load development ever! Bottom out the adjustable powder measure and that's the load! Turned out to be 1.2gr of Unique under a 78gr bullet. I had to be careful with the press. If you feel resistance, you've already pressed too hard and smashed something!

Glad I HAD a good supply of brass to start with. Had qyite a few OOOPS's! BigBore44

Today I loaded a 100rds of 44 Magnum. Used 10 grains of Unique and standard primer with 240 grain SWCL from Oregon Trail. Over a 5" Pre 29 and the chrono at 12 feet with 56 degrees and elevation at 2,760 the bullets are clocking an average of 1109fps. Accurate and have used this as a general packing load in the lower country for years and years.

Started prepping a handfull of 300 Backout cases.. Extra step with these things. Primer pocket swaging is easy with the Dillon tool. Closed the day seating primers.

I have loaded a lot of 17 Rem with IMR4320 with 25 gr bullets. 24 gr for summer loads and 25 gr in the cooler weather. I have killed a truck load of coyotes with these loads.

I've used the same powder, 4320, for years in a 17 Remington. My load has always been 24.5 grains year round. Same here. Killed a truck load of coyotes with that load and probably as many ground squirrels.
My current 17 is a left handed Charles Daly action with a Pacnor barrel waiting for me to marry it to a nice walnut preinletted blank.

338 Win Mag 160gr Barnes TTSX VARGET Federal LRM 215 Test loads of 63-68gr, in 1gr increments. Will be using this combo for general use, deer, black bear, coyote Platform to be used in, Kimber Montana with a Leupold 3-9. Eventually would like to mount a Leupold FX-3 6x42 or maybe the nice little 2.5-8x. I usually use 6x on all my variables scopes anyhoo so that FX-3 6x will be right at home on there... BigBore44

Taught my buddy how to reload for his 30-30. We did 50 rds. with the Speer #2000 150 grain SP and Varget. He put his first 3 reloads into 1.5" at 65 yds. with open sights!
