One of ya need to give me a swift kick and get me motivated. I have not loaded a darn thing since last year. As far as that goes I have not cast anything this winter either. Want to get a mold ordered from accurate molds, 170 wadcutter 45acp for my 625. Those sure shot well last summer for bullseye.
Axe, any way to get before and after picks of your project?
I think I may have asked this here before but will again anyway. Are there still issues with the lilgun as far as heat issues and cracking. I know FA recommended to stay away from the stuff. I am more of a 2400 or 296/110 user but with ongoing crap I have access to an 8lb jug of lilgun. Have used in tc stuff as that was not an issue with them, and it worked well.

No reloading this weekend...
Babysitting the grandson (4-years-old) by the time he goes home this afternoon I will be exhausted. Just too much energy for an old man to keep up with him.
I have been working on a few home improvement/repair projects the last couple of months, so no reloading is being done.
Need to get started...the spring shooting season is just about upon us.
I have a military history convention the first weekend in April, so I need to get cracking in the reloading room and I mean right now!
I have thousands of rounds to load for handguns and some new die sets for some rifle calibers as well. I think I need a clone to go to work for me, so I can do the important stuff at home.

Reloaded a bunch of 38 Special wad cutters for my 14 year old and 44 Specials for my 19 year old.
Come to the conclusion that I still cant shoot worth a crap,dont see it changing and it would be smarter investing the time,powder and lead in the kids.

New day... New relaoding project. Need to load a few hard cast 185 grain SWCs for my paper punching 45 ACP 1911 and some 100 grain DWECs for my Walther GSP-C 32 S&W long wadcutter gun today. Bullseye and Dillon 550 for the 45. AA #5 and a SDB for the 32. Git Down!  |

.303 British for that old LSA sporter I picked up a while back. Great shooter BTW, even with express type sights. Lots of 9mm lately too, keeping my boy in shooting for his SR9, my M9 and Mag98, plus picking up a TZ99 today later. Its the same as the CZ99 which is a more or less Sig clone.

I LOVE daylight savings time! Come home from work, load a couple dozen shells for the Vaquero, saunter to the bench, shoot, back to the shop, repeat.  I had just about given up on this ol' gal when I discovered that this particular bullet requires a REALLY swift kick in the seat of the pants, then she'll behave and shoot like crazy! Cholla |
