Both are great calibers I'm not a expert but my choice would be a single seven bisley.

From what I have read, don't use HOPPE'S #9 to clean it...one guy over on the S&W Forums took the blue right off his brand new 29 Classic. There is a warning in the brochure that comes with the gun about certain types of cleaners. Apparently S&W changed their bluing process as the old guns were just fine with about any kind of cleaner... Bob Thank you for letting me know. I've been using Clenzoil for sometime and does a great job

I picked up the Smith this morning...004 cylinder gap, and lock up is like a bank vault the same as my 500 S&W which is perfect. Fit and finish is incredible. Glad I got it, plan to shoot it as much as I can A true classic, time to reload

Thank you..Looking at the 225 grain GT bullets for the M57. I have a 410 GNR on a redhawk which is one of my favorite revolvers, but this will be my very first 41 magnum and my third S&W I have tremendous luck and accuracy with their 215gr LSWCHP bullet in my 41 mags, one being an original model 57 with a 8 3/8" barrel. Thank you, much appreciated

.410...Oooooo.... The gun in my Avitar is a 5-shot Reeder custom .41/.41 GNR. Gary said no problem punching it out to .410 since it is a 5-shot not a 6.... How long is your barrel and what are using for loads... Thanks...Bob 7.5 inch barrel. So far I use A 210 grain deep curl bullet over h110. Very accurate but I don't shoot it or reload for it as much as I'd like

Ordered a early Christmas present today, and cant wait until it arrives. After much research of the 41 mag I needed to add one to my collection. Searching online for a 41 mag revolvers, I saw this S&W was listed on buds and had to get it www.budsgunshop.com/mobile/product/57825/redirect

buds gun shop I know you can put a gun towards another firearm. I asked for a quote before and they responded with in my opinion a good offer. I never completed the deal though. Just a thought and can be found on the website
