Have one of the 10mm Longslides that has had a Fusion .38 Super barrel installed...both barrels shoot fantastically in the gun..
Was so impressed went and bought the same gun in .45 and shoot both standard .45 ACP as well as .45 Super...

Don't remember how I ended up with these, but the upper 8 3/8" 57 has a set of the Nill Retro Cokes. The lower gun a standard set of S&W Cokes... The Nills feel great and are beautifully finished... Bob

Looked through his website and I know they are there somewhere but didn't see them...last I recall they were about $120...
He built the 5-shot .41 Bisley in my Avitar...have spoken to him about converting the .41 GNR cylinder to .410 but just haven't had the reason to do it...
250s are running 1450 from the standard .41 case and just don't know if I need anything more than that...

Yes, all current DWs I believe have ramped barrels....Nowlin/Wilson ramp..
I have a very old GM size Pointman frame that is not but everything I have seen lately does...

Have had one for several years....probably one of the best out of the box carry guns ever...
Mine started out as .38 Super and added a 9mm barrel. A year or so later found a complete parts set in .45 minus of course the frame...it dropped right on with no modifications and shoots great.
Bought a Marvel Commander size .22 Conversion Unit from a friend years ago that I hadn't messed with....needed some fitting by a local smith but now it's part of the package...

Before contacting the factory try and use some factory loads...if they run fine you know where to start looking for the problem...

Great choice....
Picked up a -5 last summer at a local shop...was made in 2001 and was still the pre-IL...got it home and looked close...only had the three smudge rings on every other chamber on the cylinder face...
So is it home yet??
Try a Simply Rugged Pancake holster...very comfortable to carry...of try the Chesty Puller straps..

If EK blew up a Triple Lock he would have said so just like the incident with the SAA...which if you read he didn't "blow up".
A balloon head .45 Colt case blew out at the web and blew the loading gate off cutting his finger...hardly a catastrophic failure of the cylinder or frame.

Picked up a really good hint at the SIG Academy 25 years ago from Georger Harris who was the #2 guy at the time on Dry Fire..
Dry fire should concentrate on keeping sight alignment, as in the relation of the front and rear sight. Not sight picture as in the relationship of the sights to the target.
Use a plain piece of white paper on a wall and using your best trigger press concentrate on not moving the front blade in relation to the rear notch as the hammer falls.
The reason for this is that when you "aim" at something while dry firing you are concentrating on sight alignment but when the hammer drops your eye switches from the front sight to the target to see if you were on the target when the trigger broke... And you will do this when shooting live fire...your eye jumps back and forth instead of staying on the FRONT SIGHT-FRONT SIGHT-FRONT SIGHT...
The other is Ball and Dummy. Start off with 1-2 rounds in the gun with the rest empty brass. Stay on the front sight through the follow-through. If you aren't seeing the gun recoiling then you are closing your eyes as the hammer drops. I use this all the time when I get "flinchy"...
