For the places I go and the people I hang out with you would feel right at home with that rig.

My local store has two one the silver color one the black. The action does indeed look like a 92 may try to get one down tommorow and do some looking. Both I think were 357's.

I really like mine and as firesubie said never a hiccup, hang up, or stoppage of any kind. It is a soft shooting gun. I met a lady at the range having trouble staying on the paper man silhouette target with her Tarus 9mm. Asker her if she wanted to try a different gun but did not tell her the caliber. I watch the person shooting not the target, and a big ole smile lit up her face. She shot two mags into a fist sized group, where with hers she couldn't stay on the silhouette. When told it was a 45 instead of a 9mm she was surprised . Her reply was I love that gun.

At a small gun show today there was a man with 3/4 of a 50 cal ammo can full of once fired and new 44-40 brass. He was asking .25 cents per round, maybe better depending on how many you take. Said he was open to shipping if someone wanted a bunch. I have his number if interested. I don't shoot 44-40 so passing it on to you guys. I do not know the man personally he was a vendor at the show.

The curse of the 71 year old well used and abused body, and the 20 yr old mind. We spend the coin of our youth like water from an ever flowing well. Then as we get older the bill comes due, and it is known as PAIN!!!

I have an LCP 380 that has been very reliable and accurate. It is also light weight and flat. I second the suggestion of a knife too. I like the CRKT Minimalist SPEW and the new CRKT Spear Point. Fastened to the inside bottom of her vest or where ever she likes with just the attached cord hanging down. Easy to get to light and secure in the hand will definitely make someone GET Off!

Nice job on the holster!! If you stiffen the hammer guard too much it will dig into your side too. You could incorporate a stiffener with the belt loop without much trouble.

I saw my first boxes of 400 Legend ammo at a gun show yesterday. Its a bigger hole if nothing else. Our local store has both 350 Legend and 360 Buckhammer in stock but no 400.

Levergunner You could reblue the sight but first I would work on the holster and mold a sight groove or track into it to keep the sight wear down. The video on making a carjacker holster by Sam Andrews shows at about the 20 minute mark inserting the dowel rod used to mold the track. I would dampen the holster, wrap the gun in plastic wrap and insert the dowel nearly full length and hand mold the track in. It doesn't take long to do, is not hard and keeps sight wear down to a minimun.

We had a storm come thru my part of Ky last night and kill the power for awhile. I slept right thru it. Best nights sleep I have had in a long time, no dreams.
