Well, I'm ALWAYS on the lookout for more OM SA Rugers. But there is a newly introduced gun I'm gonna have to chase down & own. Ruger has introduced the GP-100 in an 8 shot 9mm for competition. Since I'm shooting USPSA with my revolver,,, and it's a 6 shot,, I'm a little handicapped against others who have to reload less times than I do. So,,,, looking towards getting one of these guns for sure. Oh,, and if I see an OM 45 at a fair price before you,, I'll quickly,,,,,,,,,,,,, add it my others!  |

Things will always change over the year... but my only plans for purchase right now is a 45-70 BFR out of the custom shop

I would like to acquire, in this order, a model 14-2 or older in good condition for a good price, an older model 57 with a 4” barrel, a .500 jrh big frame revolver from the custom shop, and last a freedom arms m83 in 41 magnum with a 10” barrel and a lovell scope mount.

I am wanting to find two old model Rugers. Need a BKH-41 4 5/8" .41mag and a BKH-44X 4 5/8" .45Colt / .45acp.
Someday I will locate them when I have the money in hand.

The big 5-0 is this summer...I'm going to put one of the Wells brass oversized Keith#5 grip frames on a blued 10.5" SBH...send it off to Tyler Gunworks for nitre bluing of small parts and case coloring, see if I can't get Zane at Lone Star Custom Grips to make a set of shoes out of the last of a cherry burl my father cut from our property, and add a TLA style front and Bowen target rear. And of course get Jim Downing to scratch it up a little, just for good measure. Should be a fun range gun, and might actually try to take a deer with it next fall. I'm really craving a Wilson Combat or STI 19/2011. If any revolvers happen, it'll probably removing some "beaters" and replacing them with nicer versions of the same gun.
