His wife Glenda told me he went quickly - no suffering. Please keep the Fishpaw family in your prayers and especially Glenda. It’s been a difficult year for them both and she has a lot to deal with even aside from Roy’s passing.
I’ll get a few Fishpaw gripped guns posted soon. Be great to see many more from his many customers/friends on this forum.

Oh man! That is seriously sad! What an artist for sure with a God-given talent! His grips aren't grips...they are creations of art--period! I fell in love with his work YEARS ago through pictures and a "feel to believe" expression of tactile wonderment! Prayers for the family for sure!

That is truly unfortunate. I knew he wasn't a young man but I had no idea he was in his late 80's, he sure brought a lot of joy to this quirky word of handgunners whenever one of his pieces of art was unboxed during his life. What an artist.

Roy was the first "Legend" grip maker I ever heard of, and I always admired his work. God speed, sir. My condolences to his wife and family.
