Lipseys posted a teaser photo on their Facebook page of a new exclusive coming soon. Remarks from Facebook viewers guess a Ruger bisley with recessed chambers. Anyone really know? I' m hoping for a SS Bisley 480 Ruger with 5.5" bbl and the correct twist for 400 gr bullets.

This should be exciting! That cartridge head sure is taking up a lot of that cylinder.

If anyone can get us a 5-shot factory Bisley, it's Lipsey's. Fingers crossed here

I'd love to see a factory 5 shot 500 Linebaugh but I could just as easily get worked up over a 480 in a 5.5 inch Bisley.

If it's a 5 shot 480 Ruger, I wonder A) what will it cost and B) what impact might it have on the custom revolver industry? Sounds like it might be a good starting point for customization as well.
Of course, it's going to need to come in blue at some point.

Ha I have shot it and it will shake things up a bit.
As far messing with the custom guys the 44 specials having had hardly any impact on the smiths back log so reguardless of what it ends up being.

It won't be long guys. We will make the official announcement end of next week. I know this is my first post here but I have been checking in from time to time since many of my fellow Shootists frequent this forum. I can honestly say this is the BEST forum out there. A wealth of information by guys who actually shoot their guns and not just sitting around theorizing behind a keyboard. Lee you have done a wonderful job with this site. I don't have a lot of time to go to the various forums often but I think when I do this will be where I spend my time. I'm really excited about this project and for those who have seen a sneak peek and kept it to yourselves I really appreciate it.
