Ivory micarta from Dustin. They feel really nice. It's kind of a plain looking gun and resembles most of the others but I like it. A banded blued sixgun is what I think of when I think of Linebaughs work so it fits

I like stainless, but I LOVE blue........

I agree, that thing's finer than frog hair and the Linebaugh's guns have an appeal all their own.

I traded this one away a month ago but I think its worth a picture, it's a Gary reeder EL DIABLO 2 package chambered in 500L with a 4 5/8" barrel.

I'm thinking my 50th anniversary .44 Blackhawk needs to go away and become a .500JRH. With a Bisley conversion, 4¾" octagon barrel, Colt ejector and ivory. Among other things. Maybe one of Stroh's front sights. Then the factory steel XR3 will probably get fitted to something else.

Instead of fitting a Bisley frame, you could have Huntington extend and re-shape that XR3 gripframe.

I might consider that for a lighter chambering but the .500 will have to be a Bisley.
I originally thought about doing a dovetail rear sight Single Six topstrap conversion but that'll cost me another base gun plus the work. I'll save that for another project.
