Found another Square Butt K Frame with PC Magna's. Becoming my favorite set up . A S&W Model 10-5 from 1978. Can you believe that was 40 years ago ? No evidence of it ever having been fired since it left the factory . I'll remedy that situation soon ! No box or docs but you can't shoot those anyway. I SAW THAT .38 THIS MORNING!

Next time I get to Boise I'm going to make sure and visit Buckhorn. FWIW I would add a Tyler T grip to the Magnas and call it done.

With Shapel's and Boise Gun gone it is one of the last of the old school gun shops left unfortunately.... I may try a T grip . I have one on a square butt 44 special but the PC Magnas are comfortable for my hand on the 38 specials.

Gun show find today. 65-5 made around 1995. I paid a premium for it but when you want what you want you better get it.

Here it is paired up with my LS. Once I found the original grips for the LS both wound up costing about the same.

I never used to even look at K-frames in the case or on a table. For some reason though in the last 6 months I've found some nice ones.

In my reply above, I was only considering small-frame snubs. This N-frame does full-time around-the-house duty and is my wife's favorite gun. Eric Check out the New Ruger GP100 3in 10mm!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got a 45 like yours and am looking real hard at the GP.........
