I have had only a few....Except for my first which was an import from FIE..Th have all been Rugers..If I could only take one with me I figure it would be the only one I own right now..My Ruger Single Six. I figure things on the other side will a bit more laid back than they are here..Plinking and Small Game hunting will probably be the order of the day..Nothing better to have in a tackle box or on One's person when fishing either...

I guess it would be this Ruger Single Six 22LR/22Mag as long as I could have my favorite ammo selection.

Despite owning a few nice Colts in the past, I would have to say this one: When I bought this 6.5" 44 Blackhawk it had been mistreated a bit. The steel EJH had been replaced by an aluminum version. The ejector rod stud had been re-welded but the barrel wasn't re-finished so it sported a large heat blister around the stud. The XR-3 grip frame was treated to some version of nickel finish. Looked like Colt's satin nickel from the 1970s. A trip to the gunsmith resulted in the barrel being cut to 4-5/8" with the original sight re-installed and the whole thing re-blued. A replacement XR-3 grip frame was sent to Grashorn Gunworks for fitting of the elk antler stocks. A steel ERH from a good friend completed the parts needed to make this into my favorite SA revolver. While not my fanciest, it is probably my most useful and flexible, a do it all handgun. 44 Mag tweaked by clements

Boy that would be a tough one: A personnal favorite right now, 44sp and really it is very close to perfection: But this is a old friend and war horse that can do it all, 45 colt Bisley Vaquero: Or my hunting revolver that really will do it all, 475 Linebaugh/480 Ruger: But I researve judgement till my project gets home from Harton, I have ZERO doubt that will be the chosen one.

Would have to be this one. The sling has been replaced with a new one from Simply Rugged, Thanks Rob!! It is my "go to" gun when it comes to hunting. My all time favorite! Shoots like a laser and is more accurate than any single action has a right to be. The guys and gals at FA did it right when they built this one!!

This one is likely to be more flame retardent and if I'm only allowed one it will need to be! ;D But it would be tough to leave this one behind
