Flagrantly plagerizing Carl's term Home Boy Custom we will build a brass grip frame 41 mag... Selecting a candidate with an in the ball park serial number and feigning complete ignorance should provide hours of grins at the local gun shows... Planned SBH hammer should give the conversion away to anyone worth really being concerned about...  The Raw material... 4 5/8 OM 41 Nice gun but not nice enough to be a safe queen    |

Hey Axe, could you do a macro close up of the front sight on this gun? You know, look for the little "flower" symbol on the control button (ha, ha, ha). I picked this guys twin up last week and it is in great shape but it has what appears to be a small casting flaw on the side and your gun appears to look the same.

Macro zoom shot of the front sight? I can do it but I don't think it will buy you anything. This jewel still has Dick's standard JB weld front sight buildup.. ;D  Didn't macro zoom it well, did I? I'll do better soon... FWIW IMHO there are no casting marks in the front sight.. |

Now with MR3-DB, SBH trigger, and SBH hammer.... Got a little glare that we'll eliminate in the next set of pics when the Bowen rear sight and steel EJRH arrive..   |

Tell you what old friend. Why don't you send me the OM SBH parts and the brass gripframe and I'll install them on this old dog and let you see what it looks like?  It might increase the pull of the vortex! |
