I bought one of these a few months back and kind of felt the same way about the price on it...but I just wanted it! I've haven't lost any weight lately so I must still be eating well even without the cash. It shoots the 45 LC well, also factory 45 ACP, however my 45 ACP handloads don't want to chamber in it so I must need to do a little better job of sizing or something. Planning to move in the not so distant future so it has been packed away and further load development of the ACP loads has been put on hold for the time being. It really is a nice gun though! Send the acp cylinder to 2dogs. He'll usually get it right back to you with the throats properly sized to .452". That fixed my chambering cast and the leading problem. Accuracy improved as well. |
