You did well raising your daughter. I took the same approach teaching mine about firearms and sharps. Better to teach them young than shield them. Question, why didn't she take her Montados on her working adventure, I bet she would've been the only hand that could ride and really shoot!

Never thought of a knife and pistol/revolver combination, closest has been a Winchester Model 52 and a knife of the same model number that was made when the Japanese reproductions came out. Both very suitable for squirrel hunting, the guns you all have shown with matching gripping materials are interesting at the least!

I don't try to match the grips of a knife to a handgun, but I carry several knives daily, along with my handgun, and it seems that some just fit together better than others.
