I've seen data by Pearce and Taffin that listed, using H110, the Hornady factory equivalent handload.

Thanks a lot. I thought I was the cool kid in town with my Marlin 1894 480. Now the cute girls won’t even look at me since there’s a cooler guy in town.

Seriously though that’s a neat double. A mighty little big bore. I can see that being Used for everything from still hunting deer, elk or moose to wading into the thick stuff to settle accounts with a wounded and disagreeable bear.

Thanks for the comments. It's a neat little gun. I would have built it longer...maybe 18-20" with express sights and a longer length of pull for me but a lot of guys that shot it said they wouldn't change a thing. I am going to add a little rubber recoil pad so it doesn't slip on the shoulder.

I think his doubles start at $16,500 with a $4,500 non refundable deposit.

No they start at 5k on your donor gun and can be a lot more with upgraded wood, etc. Large Nitros are more expensive.

Yes, that is correct from what I've heard and read. You can spend 5k or more on wood upgrades with Aaron. His stock work is very nice and his real speciality is nice double shotguns, restorations, etc.
