The. number stamping throws me for a loop,.......good grief. Also, my Gallagher 500Max has scalloped recoil shield and screwed bolt, it was originally Cerakoted OD green and Black, I returned it to Gallagher for a redo in CCH and blue. Story I got from him was it was made for a friend of his that wanted a 500max but didn’t want to pay a lot, so it was Cerakoted to keep costs down. It’s pretty now. Trapr Yes it is! Lets see it again! |

Who built this .500 max? Looks like BCA's bolt block but cylinder and barrel aren't marked so I think not. JRH?   I don't have the answer to your question, but it is a good looking custom. JMHO........ |

Bushy I can look at my Gallagher Maximum as well but it’ll be next week as I’m at hunting camp. I know it doesn’t have the screwed block, but the caliber marking may shed some light Trapr I like that! I have one that needs that it's just my plinker in 22 mag. But needs better front sight. |

Thanks Zane,…….it is a faaar cry from the Cerakoted version. Zane had made the set of French Walnut grips and I couldn’t see putting them on a Cerakoted gun, so it’s all his fault!!!
