Ronnie, Im just kinda kickin tires when I ask you this but, what changes would you have for us with regular to smaller sized hands. The guys that dont have the knuckle bustin issues (with Bisleys) that the larger handed guys have? Hahahaha, dont point me to the junior grip now, lol I cant say I have issues with the factory Ruger Bisley grip frame.... Again, Im just curious. Eventually Id like to see, hold, feel a standard Bisley frame but with a slightly straighter back-strap and rounded butt. He Lefty. Great question. Actually Todd C or Kaytod has dreamed one up that im cutting today that is just about what the doctor orders for the opposite direction we have been going. It will claim the trophy for medium on down. The Junior is more proportioned for mid frames and single sixes and medium to small hands. But the Kaytod has the backstrap moved inward toward the trigger guard with intentions on just that. it is proportioned a bit smaller for shorter fingers and the Rotation to trigger pull length angle of the frame has been turned 2 degrees forward. It will allow a better full grip around the frame at the middle finger. I like it even with my Gorrilla paws for the smaller calibers. Now when i say smaller calibers, im loosely reffering to say 41 mag on down taking into consideration muzzle flip and push back. I will have specs and pics up soon brother.

Sounds kinda like what I had proposed earlier but with the grip moved closer.
I do occasionally catch a knuckle even though I have "normal" sized hands.
I may need to throw caution to the wind and order a one off...
Ronnie did you get my PM?

Just when you think you’ve made a decision out comes a different shape. I’d like to wrap my hands around several to help with the decision. We’re definitely lucky to have these choices! Gman , im actually talking to a bud of mine right now in the Plastic extrusion field about punching me out a couple of dozen frames of all my designs with a grip molded on it as well just for that very same purpose. We are kicking around the idea of a couple of dozen party packs that we could ship around to all of you for a day or two each just to let you cop a feel of ole girl. Say maybe a six pack of the various Bisley frame shapes that would mimic a finished frame. i would cost us about 8 bucks to pop em over to someone else via usps and then you could ship the box of them to the next guy. Im toying with the idea of having it with a main frame and without. Ive already drawn up a model of a standard blackhawk frame to incorporate into the project. By the way, for those of you that a have been in the machine shops and done the programming and modelling for this type of work. I mean to make a mold die set for something like this. Wow! Hats off to you guys cuz this was a certifiable BITCH! Im getting better at it but man oh man was it a bunch of work. woo hoo. Heres the dimensionaly perfect Blackhawk frame model.

I can tell u this idea of the plastic frames is genius...i was kindly gifted a xr3 red frame on here and bolted it to my 62 Ruger FT blackhawk Homage just to see how well I like the grip frame I thought there would no way I would prefer it over my xr3 but I am so wrong In my huge hands it is so much more comfortable Having these plastic frames let's us know exactly what is best for us individually Another excellent idea my friend Thank u again my friend for everything God Bless,John
