Sagebrush... loving those pics... A boat load of bunnies, & a smiling badger I saw 6 rabbits last night while doing chores... I really need to push that Simply Rugged holster into service while doing chores... 6 rabbits this time of year turns into 20 of them in short order... & I'm still at war with them for killing off all my new trees during the winter, that I planted last year...

There aren't nearly as many groundhogs in the N.C. mountains, as there were a few years ago. This one was in Ashe County, taken with an XP in .223: "Ken, Aunt Grace asked if you would please kill the groundhogs that are tearing up her orchard?" Well sure, Grace. I'll be happy to …. FA 32 H&R Mag.

I'm really loving them all that you've been posting lately... Thanks! I'm glad you're enjoying them. No, A friend contacted me a couple weeks ago, asking for some photos of mine, for a book he's publishing. I'd let my Photobucket account lapse several years ago, when they started charging for use. I re-opened it for about 5 bucks a month, because of his request, and to be honest, I decided to get my 5 bucks worth of use out of it. I've been enjoying it, too.

Just two that afternoon. We weren't there long, and they are hard to come by any more. Oohh... I get it. It wasn't me that wiped 'em out. It was riflemen.

Yesterday I put my outside doggie down... he has been pictured in several of my pictures in this thread... he got a tumor in his sinuses, and the vet said there was nothing we could do... he started getting to the point where he was having more bad days, than good, and pretty much stopped eating... so it was time... Ruger LCR was used to put him down cleanly and humanely... Cody now lays with Buddy and Big Girl ( our previous outside doggies ), on my shooting range, behind my backstop RIP Cody

Sorry to hear that. Never a good time. I recall seeing him pictured on several occasions.

Sorry for your loss. I had to do the same back in December of 17. Not fun.

Was up the cabin this weekend and saw this guy sneaking around.. He's been eating the tops of the trees around the property for weeks, ran to the truck and grabbed the only gun I have available. Sig p365 with Federal HST +P at around 20 yards while climbing, bullet never exited.
