BTW... I made the decision to buy my Automag 5 in 50 A.E. after Jurassic Park, & when I saw the add of the guy shooting a T-Rex, in a magazine... funny... bought the "5" first, then the "4", then the "3", then the "2"... sill waiting on funds of an original #1 in 44 Auto Mag

BTW #2... might be better off talking S&W into building a Floridian out of their X frame, if you're wanting a 357 Max... maybe even a 7 or 8 shot to lighten up the cylinder... after all they copied Taurus with the Gov... why not copy Ruger with the Alaskan

Had a stretched framed BH, now time for a stretched frame SRH. Snubby, "Floridian". Looong enough for heavy mono-metal bullets. Maybe depleted uranium or tungsten core ? Dreaming BIG. A throw alot against the wall and see if some sticks thingy. LOL. Want it to be a Ruger, know SW and Taurus have come out with big cylinder and long cylinder DA's.

Well, yeah, the frame will have to be stretched. We'll want a maximum length maximum cylinder to shoot 250gr depleted uranium core punch bullets.

Elmer went to work on the sharks with his 4 inch 29. Had great success. Soon fishing was forgotten as all started shooting sharks. Am not advocating drifting around with a dead sumpin' hanging over the side, shooting sharks. If you won't advocate it, then I will. Sounds like a boat load more fun (if you'll pardon the pun) than fishing if you ask me. Signed, Someone who thinks a bad day at the range beats ANY kind of day fishing. EDIT: We can fund the trips by selling the fins to the ChiComs for shark fin soup.

The shooters in Fla are insulted that they haven't gotten a special Ruger to address their special threats. The 357max needs to revived. My sense of humor needs to be let out to play. Simple logic folks. LOL ! He he he

AWP101, I'm not going that far...! Will say shark can be made to taste good on a grill. Also that you need to cut thru the skin all the way around, down by the tail to drain out the urine which they lose thru their skin. Yes, yuck.

Let's make this more sporting. Get your scuba gear on and get in the water with the sharks. Shoot them with a 9 mm glock like theses guys. Sure they are shooting tiger fish, but it's almost the same thing right? www.youtube.com/watch?v=6lG-snJZIV8&sns=em

Yup. want the gun to work under water. There is a part available for Glocks to get them to function better under water. A split, or two piece "cup". Forget specific name of part.

Marine firing pin cups aka marine cups. Wasn't aware that was the purpose though, I just thought they were for use in high humidity or salt water areas. I suppose under water could count as a high humidity area and under water in the ocean would create both conditions...
