outlawben ...........I've been following this thread and you seem to have a distributorship for USFA. Never seen a collection as big or as nice, you have good tastes in single actions.....congrats

Thanks for the good words. Believe it or not, there is a couple of USFA collectors out there that remain quiet and humble, as their USFA collection , as well as many other gun brand collections, put mine right in its place. I've seen a fully engraved USFA Ligtning, and many other one of a kind elaborate and rare USFA guns. The company really did make a lot of custom one-of - a- kinds. Many stayed within the USFA employee family for years. Much like most USFA fans, just when I think I've seen it all, I get wowed again too.

Snuck a couple other ones into the house this week. First one is a long 7 1/2" barrel gun with the barrel marked 44 Russian and S&W Special and second one is a little birdshead 3 1/2" gun in nickel. Ironically, the long barreled gun shown is the same gun Zach mentions in the very first post of this thread.

Not yet, just got the Bowen sight on it and will have to wait until I get back from moving my daughter and grandson down to San Diego in a few days. Have to admit I am having a hard time with the move since little Scout has been here for right at one year and he and I get to do stuff like go check the cows on the quad and pick blackberries which he eats as fast as poppa can pick them!

I just snagged an unfired USFA today that is different from any I have seen. Turnbull colored main frame, erh, bisley spurred hammer and even cc grip frame😀 Pictures once it arrives.
