Over on the Colt Forum, if you say anything nice about anything but a Colt, you'd better be wearing a steel helment! Bob Wright Aw, c'mon Bob. We aren't that mean over there. I agree, in fact there is a thread there now about an engraved USFA that's getting a lot of nice comments. The USFA is a nice gun in it's own rite, is it a copy? Guess so although there are some differences in size. They & some of the Cimarrons, Uberti's can stand on their own as nice gun,

Fantastic, Congratulations. When you get a chance I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd like a range report.

ER housing screw threads directly into the barrel (no barrel stud). 3. the cylinder diameter and frame window are .020" larger for a bit of extra strength (except the USFA Cavalry model which is true to Colt). 4. USFA screws are standard US National Fine thread. Cimarrons/Ubertis also have the larger cyl diameter. EMF clones have true Colt cylinder dimensions.

Still can't comprehend Donnelly's decision to stop manufacturing his superbly made SA's. Purchased 2 Nickel .45 Bisley's with nitre blue appts. Still have one of these which I intend to keep. Tried to order an all blue Bisley flat-top target from Gary, but unfortunately was a little too late.
