This is really a tough one for me- I would have to say my precision center BFR 500 JRH.
But if I may say gents the 454 SRH or FA83 would be the perfect "one gun" for me with the ability to shoot 45 colt as well makes it a good choice imo.

I don't want one I just never heard of them- but a FA83 fund is in the works.

I decided not to vote. Bought the new SRHs in 454 & 480. Also, the new Redhawks in 44 Magnum & 45 Colt. The new ones seem better fit than the earlier models. I want to build a five shot SRH in a really big game getter. What caliber did you have in mind for the five shot SRH?

will be a .500 groove diameter and as with the JRH based on the S&W case. only big difference is that my planned case will be right at 1.5 which will yield a COAL of 1.830 using my 460g mold and leave .030 clearance to the longest cylinder that can fit into SBH frame without any modifications. thinking about calling it the .501 Redneck Express. and keep it loaded to 35-40Kpsi in deference to the ruger frame I just came across this when finding a good read...any update on this project? Thank you
