That is simply stunning, every detail from the wood to the front sight to the grip frame to the checkering on the ejector rod button. Incredible touches. Congratulations, you must be proud. Can't wait to hear how she shoots for you!

That baby is perfect in every way. You pretty much ticked off my list of everything I'd want done (at least currently) if I commissioned such work.
I'll give you $1000 for it. ;D

What I would love to know, is how long did it take him to make the beauty?

A bidding war!
Ol' boy's gonna make money on this thing before he even gets a chance to shoot it!

Well, I think I hit an open window as it only took Jack <5 months to complete. Keep up the bidding boys - it's gonna take a lot more than that to shake it loose.

Axe, mine is set up for the current brass, not the 45-70 brass. I figured if worst came to worst and brass became hard to find or uber expensive, I could machine off the face of the cylinder to let the other brass fit Kraig, that is a great looking sixgun! I bet it makes you smile when you get a chance to get to the range. I have never had the urge to own any of Jack's work, I'll be honest. BUT, in the past year, I've seen quite a few that look like the work has really improved. I don't know how he handles the frame fit but they always look like they have been filed flat for an almost perfect fit. The fit of the frames to all parts of the mainframe look VERY nice. I would really like to hold one of his guns and shoot it someday just to get a final impression but I will say that as of now, I wouldn't mind owning one just from the looks alone. I have a feeling that I'd not be disappointed in the performance from what I've heard latley from folks I know. See...sometimes, a leopard can change his spots, at least a little

Beautiful revolver and the quality seems to be there as well. If it were mine I would put a little subdued engraving on the barrel at the muzzle and on the frame. Nothing gaudie just a little thing in a light scroll pattern that flows with the gun.

Okay, I'm either stupid or my eyes aren't working too well, but I own two stainless Bisleys and I'm having trouble seeing any modification to your grip frame. Is it possible to illustrate the difference, perhaps with side-by-side photos? Thanks.

It is subtle. I will try to post some side-by-side pics tonight - unless whit or Lee have some handy.
