All this Bearcat talk isn’t helping me out, the pictures are fantastic.

I shot mine today on a very limited basis. Using 32 Magnum brass loaded with 115 grn GT Hollow Point Bullets. This bullet is very long nosed and rounds loaded to 327 Federal length.
Recoil was not noticeable even though the loads are heavy for the Ruger Single Six.
I'll fine tune and settle on a carry load. But, very satisfied with this build.

bad pics of my two... imgur.com/a/mgj6uv8Haven’t laid hands on them yet, but assuming they’ll be just fine. Scalloped the shields on the shopkeeper because of all the excess weight bearcats Carry and to make the recoil a bit more snappy...

Looks like two mighty fine specimens to me. Look forward to more info when you can get them in hand.

they all look awesome... I'm thinking if I got into these at the beginning, I'm not sure if I would have gone 327 or just H&R magnum... I guess since the dimensions of the guns are the same, might as well go big BTW... I also sent a #5 Belt Mountain base pin in my parts for my Bisley Single Six 22 CCM, that John Powers is doing... I'm also really looking forward to getting my 10mm Rimmed GP from master Clements later this year... hopefully... I'm not used to sending guns out for work... having a good local guy spoiled me, but now that he has finally hung up his tools... I have 2 holes on the walls of the gun room... I suppose that keeps me from forgetting I sent them off, on a long term project... but also reminds me every day, that they are gone... they say patience is a virtue... however humans by nature are not virtuous Didn't think that ^ looked correct... looks better now Patience is a practice so order another one NOW!

Shot into a marked 5 gallon bucket of dirt this morning. Gun grouped (free handed) nickel size groups at 10 yards. Granted, not far, but very impressed with accuracy.
GT 115 grn Hollow Point Bullets over Unique loaded in 32 Magnum brass. Bullet expansion averaged .615".

They both look great!

this is my #1 dream build on the bearcat i would have gone with 32 h&r mag but i think 32 s&w long would be nice also. Congratulations to all of you who pulled the trigger on these builds.

Exactly why I went with the 327 Federal. I can shoot 327 Federal, 32 Magnum, 32 Long, 32 Short and probably 32 ACP.
Figured go with the most versatile of all the chambering.
The 32 Magnum i fired this morning surely didn't disappoint.

Thank you to everyone that has showed off their newly converted Bearcats. Would someone please post a photo, or email me one, of a fired .32H&R Magnum or .327 Federal brass at the maximum ejector stroke of the ejector rod? I am curious as to how far the factory setup can push out that fired case. tinstarfirearms@yahoo.com if you prefer.
Thanks so much.

For what it's worth, here is a pic of my 3" barreled 32 H&R, with empty case pushed as far as possible with ejector rod. It's a "plucker." So far...it's been easy to flick it fully free once I push it that far.

My 4.25" model pushes the case out of the cylinder due to the longer ejector rod...

Finally got back home and was able to check mine out. Not nearly as slick as my .45s or .500’s, nor as tight, but I think it’s a apples and oranges compare. Love the feel of the shopkeeper but both feel great. I’m guessing they’ll slick up with use. Included a side by side with a 500L for comparison. imgur.com/a/G54RaABAnxious to go after some bunnies with the .327 yet this year.
