Those are excellent. Beautiful grips on an extremely useful gun. Mine weighs 35 ounces. A 44 Magnum that weighs like a Single Six. What's not to like?

They feel great, enough texture without being too aggressive. These grips fit my hands very well. They also offer these in what amount to a checkered texture, those are aggressive enough that they would probably remove skin with heavy loads.

Those look really nice... the ivory color would look particularly nice on a dark gun... I went to their website, & they don't offer the ivory on the J Frame , in fact I couldn't find them on very many models yet... hopefully they add more models soon

Have VZs on a couple K Frames, very functional grip. I have the aggressive grip on the Ks and the smooth grip like yours on an N frame. Will purchase more.

VZ grip design works well for me and the ivory looks great! But hard to tell from the pictures , is there some layer lines visible when up close and personal? I loved that in the antique ivory paper micarta because it did that so nicely, but that seems to have disappeared.

I know recoil is personal and I'm not a recoil junky. I'm 72 and have mildly arthritic hands and wrists, thin easily abraded skin and various other age related maladies (not complaining, just establishing a point of refererence). I have two 2 3/4" M69s - one with modified Hogue 500x Frame grips and the other with factory girps. Been shootin the gun w/ factory grips for a little over a month and have 700 plus rnds down the pipe. The majority of those have been 240 JFPs over 24.0gr WW296. I shoot 30 to 50 rounds several times a week and always wish I had brought more ammo. Not thumping my chest, just saying that the m69 platform handles recoil amazingly well. FWIW, Paul Warhawk, really like those grips and will give them a try.
