Got mine on the way this morning... Huey, I bumped that 15 page 32 thread. Might not be a bad place to keep the information on these new Rugers, GP100, the Bisley, The Blue Bisley 327 we are all pretending we didn’t see, and I don’t see where anybody commented on that Birdshead 327!

I'm looking forward to seeing how much nose length this gun allows.
I had considered getting Reeder to open the window and build me a long cylinder Single Seven.
This should accomplish the same thing within the same weight range.
This one will likely be drilled and tapped for a Weigand base and see a small dot Ultradot sight.

Speaking of the blue bisley .327... I found a new production blue bisley .32 H&R Single Six for sale. They must be gearing up for the .327 Single Sevens.... Kinda' odd but there are a lot of folks around that really dig the .32H&R

Yep and its a fine, low noise small game round. I'll admit the 327 Federal barks pretty good.
Plus, I hear the shorter 32 Mag chamber handles the 32 Long better.
Just glad to see these limited runs of great variety.

...this was exactly what I asked for in my request to the Ruger President...but I wanted it in STAINLESS... Not sure if I'll wait for the stainless one to come out or buy this one...
Does anyone know does this have the same interchangeable front sight blade as the standard GP-100 or is it dovetailed in... If this has the same blade as the 5.5" .22 then I think it is a dovetail...

Mine has arrived at my LGS. The manager says it's an awesome built gun. I'll take his word as he is the most anal, OCD gun person I've ever seen.
I'll report here in a few days.

That’s really good looking little double action.

Just picked mine up...cylinder measures 1.610" (compared to my SP101 which is 1.585"). A .314 pin gauge (minus) will just fit through the throats, a .315 will not. I don't have a feeler gauge to measure the cylinder gap. Finish is good, action is pretty good. Overall I'm very pleased so far. Only problem now is the 5" of snow we're getting tonight with freezing rain all day tomorrow so may not be able to shoot for a few days.

Just picked mine up...cylinder measures 1.610" (compared to my SP101 which is 1.585"). I need some information............. There will be a new Single Seven 327 bullet coming along. I need the length of the cylinder with case in it. Case head to front of cylinder dimension for both the GP100 and SP101 if you will please. I want to see if it fits these. Thanks................
