Clements Custom 45 Colt Bisquero, 6 Shot Accurized conversion, straight 4 5/8" barrel with dovetail HD front sight, Bowen oversize/long 6 shot cylinder, Belt Mountain lockimg base pin, crescent head ejector rod, scalloped recoil shield, round butt grip frame, and Scott Kolar Birdseye Mesquite grips. He also recontoured the black Micarta grips I already had for a different look. Everybody needs a couple pairs of shoes. David shot it and said it shoots very good, but it'll be a few days before I can get it out for a test drive. It won't hurt my feelings if someone could post the pictures instead of the link.

Sharp! I like the treatment done to the gripframe.

Looks awesome. That long fluted cylinder really sets it off. Gonna be great to carry with that modified grip frame.
What are the loads, and did David regulate the gun for anything specific?

I never liked it, sad to say, as a standard 5.5" Bisley Vaquero. Part of the problem was the timing was a tiny bit slow on cylinder lock up, and the front sight. Kinda a flimsy excuse to spend some money, but true none the less. With the shorter barrel but somewhat heavier contoured barrel, it still is a small amount nose heavy, but the heavier cylinder balances it out. I guess I don't need to mention how nice the action is again? I forgot to ask what load he shot out of it, but I'll mainly use a 280 and 300 grain LFNGC bullet I cast. The 300 shoots very well out of every 45 Colt they've been shot out of (Accurate Molds both). Unless this thing is really different, I'll try for 1100 +/- fps using HS6 and a CCI350. i.imgur.com/uuzNH5O.jpgi.imgur.com/vfsAIYo.jpg

Very nice. I've always liked the looks of "Bisqueros", yours is not exception.

Very nice ! I love those grips.
Lots of great details all over that revolver, but I really like how the cylinder fills the frame window.

Clements' first comment was the cylinder fit the frame as close as he could fit it and he was correct.

This thing went to the range yesterday. I was shooting another new revolver too so i stayed at the 50 yard line. After some windage adjustment it started putting the bullets right on top of the front sight. The last 6 shot group was about 4" tall and less than 2" wide. This revolver wasn't built as a 50 yard target revolver and my eyes aren't able to focus on the front sight as they used to be. I had reading glasses on and they aren't ideal for shooting so the string up and down was more of a knot head problem than what the revolver can do.
FWIW, the load that I was referring to is a 300 grain LFNGC @ .452", 12.5 grains of HS6, Starline brass, and a CCI350.

The gun looks great and with that fifty yard shooting the bullets should be pretty close at a hundred. I would say you have a perfect hiking in the bear woods gun.
